PLEND's impact
Our impact
We're revolutionising access to credit.
Recognising our role in supporting our community as a financial organisation, we have embedded a promise to regularly report on our performance data into our Articles of Association. This commitment underscores our dedication to transparency and accountability.

OUR CUSTOMERS
One of the key ways we measure our impact is through evaluating our customer profiles and being transparent about who we serve. Here you can see a breakdown of age categories, region spread, annual income, and residence type.

RESIDENCE TYPE
Over 30% of our customers earn an annual salary of less than £30,000, demonstrating our focus on making fair, affordable credit accessible to people who may be underserved by traditional lenders. More than 20% of our customers live in areas with some of the highest concentrations of economic deprivation in the UK, reinforcing our commitment to improving financial inclusion where access to mainstream credit can be more limited. We aim to increase this proportion year on year as we continue to expand access to fair lending, helping more people build financial resilience and support greater social mobility.
CREATING A FAIRER
FINANCIAL FUTURE.
We’re committed to driving financial inclusion beyond lending—through research, accountability, and meaningful action. From our annual Financial Inclusion Report to our Impact Charter and B Corp Certification, we’re dedicated to using business as a force for good.
